Where do we meet, and when will the party be confirmed?

The meeting location and time will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp after booking.

We confirm the event as soon as we hit 5 guests—so don’t wait, book early!

📍 Meeting Point: Usually near a BTS station or a central bar. The exact location will be provided after booking.

What should I wear?

Bangkok’s clubs have a strict dress code!

👉 Dress smart-casual to avoid any issues at the door!

Men: No shorts, tank tops, sportswear, sandals, or flip-flops. Sneakers and jeans are fine.

Women: No flip-flops or beach sandals (strappy sandals with ankle support are okay).

What’s included in the ticket price? Will I need to pay extra?

Your ticket covers free welcome shots, access to multiple venues, and free transportation between bars. 

However, you’ll need to cover your own drinks after the free shots and a potential cover charge at the final club.

💡 Tip: Bring some extra cash for drinks, tips, and late-night snacks!

What if I’m late to the meet-up?

If you can’t make it on time, please message us in advance!

Please meet us at the first location, we'll be there until 22:30 (1 hour waiting time)⏳ 


If you’re too late and miss us at the second location, we’ll consider it a no-show, and you won’t be able to join the crawl.

What if I lose the group?

We move on schedule from venue to venue. If you want to stay longer at a spot, you’re free to do so, but the group must stick to the plan.

Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. 

However, we offer rescheduling options if you let us know in advance.

Yes! If you can’t attend, just message us in advance to switch to another available date. 

We’ll get you booked for another epic night!

What if I lose something during the crawl?

You’re responsible for your belongings, so we suggest traveling light and bringing only essentials.

💡 If you lose something, we’ll help you contact the venues, but we can’t guarantee recovery. Keep your valuables secure!

How many people will be in the group? What’s the ratio of men to women?

Our groups typically range from 5 to 30+ people, depending on the night.

💡 We get a mix of solo travelers, expats, and locals, and we do our best to keep a balanced, fun crowd.

How much money should I bring?

We recommend bringing at least 2,000 THB for extra drinks, club covers, late-night food, and taxis.

Most venues accept credit cards, but cash is always good for quick payments.

💡 Tip: Some clubs may require cash-only entry—better to be prepared!

Where Does the Crawl Finish?
